JEFF HEGER -
President & CEO
Jeff brings nearly 20 years of financial and management experience to GW. He has held a variety of senior level positions in the telecommunications and cable television industries; most recently, as Director of Business Operations for Comcast. Prior to joining Comcast, Jeff held various planning and financial operations positions at Verizon, Genuity, Level 3 and GTE. His expertise spans corporate strategy, P&L, financial integration processes, financial modeling and business case analytics for both mature and start-up businesses.
Jeff has an MBA/Finance from Southern Illinois University and a BS in Engineering Management from the University of Missouri-Rolla.

BOB KOWALSKI -
Chief Operating
Officer
Bob has nearly 20 years of experience in telecommunications, where he has held senior management positions in Engineering, Construction, and Director of Operations. He has led an organization of over 400 employees responsible for the engineering of cutting edge telecommunications technologies, including nationwide fiber deployments. Bob brings to GWC an extensive background in corporate strategy for small and medium sized businesses and valuable start up experience. Bob has led technology efforts at GTE, Genuity and Ameriss.
He holds a BSEE and an MBA from Lake Superior State University in Sault Saint Marie, MI.

BRENT EARHEART -
Director of Operations
Brent has nearly 15 years of experience in telecommunications, where he has held Project Management and Senior Project Management positions. He has led an organization performing inside and outside plant installations, and overseeing multiple contractors on various projects. Brent has an extensive background in Project Management for cabling (both copper and fiber), networking gear, and WiFi installations. His career includes working on leading technology efforts at AT&T Global Services and R.J. Carroll Company (a Master AT&T contractor). Prior to his experience in the private sector he worked on leading technology in the United States Marine Corps as a Communications Technician.
Brent holds a degree from DeVry Institute of Technology.

JOHN MATEO -
Director of Engineering
John has nearly 18 years of experience in telecommunications particularly in outside plant and transmission. He held Engineering, Engineering Manager, Project and Vendor Manager and Operations Manager positions. John brings to GWC an extensive experience in people and project management thru planning, leading, organizing and controlling. His career started in the Philippines working for Bayantel before he migrated here in the US. He worked for Ameriss as an engineering supervisor for Texas that helped design the FTTP network for Verizon. He holds a BSECE degree from Mapua Institute of Technology in the Philippines.

DAVID LAU -
Business Development
Mr. Lau has over 20 years of experience in systems and computer telephony integration from Texas Instruments (TI), DSC Communications in Dallas, Texas and start-up companies System Solutions Group and Wirenix, Inc.. At TI, he worked on state of the art Defense programs and leading edge speech recognition systems for the Telecom industry. He implement leading edge system technologies utilizing Digital Signal Processors (DSPs) and has been involved in driving state of the art technologies into full-scale deployment with major RBOCs and CLECs. He was elected to the Senior Member Technical Staff at TI.
David holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech with postgraduate work at SMU.

SETH FAGELMAN -

Seth Fagelman is an entrepreneurial leader who has launched 3 start-ups raising over $65 million. Previously, Seth served in senior management positions at Prime Cable, arranging over $1.6 billion in debt and equity financings. In addition, he has led financial and operational restructuring efforts in domestic and international markets. Seth has extensive consulting experience in change management, process re-design, and strategy.

JEFF WILLIAMS -

Jeff Williams led the corporate development and private equity initiatives for the Friedkin Companies, a multi-business family office. In addition, Jeff helped start three private equity investment groups for MetroNational Corp. He has spearheaded several turnaround and
business development efforts for portfolio companies; and he was the founder of an Internet-based business services firm serving the independent automotive service industry. Jeff began his career consulting to the real estate industry with Kenneth Leventhal & Company and is a CPA.
