Job Description

 

Design, plan, organize and conduct or coordinate detailed phases of field engineering and construction work.  Specialize in F2 design using OPTI NT/JAM design tool.  Produce new permit drawings based on the conducted site survey using CAD (Computer Aided Design) system or ARES Workprint.  Responsible for developing/producing economical and timely work orders and working drawings for outside plant telecommunication facilities (e.g., aerial and buried copper and fiber facilities, aerial and underground structure, transmission design, electronics design and coordination).

 

Requirements

 

Master’s or equivalent in Electronics, Communications or Telecommunications Engineering.  (Masters maybe substituted with Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of work experience as Telecommunication Engineer, Outside Plant Engineer, Engineer or any suitable combination of experience/education/training.)

 

Hours

9 AM to 5 PM, 40 hours/week

SALARY 

$75,500/year
