TAY HUTCHISON -
Director of Human Resources

Tay has over 12 years of corporate human resources experience supporting multiple lines of domestic and international operations primarily in the financial services industry. Prior to joining GW, Tay operated in a variety of roles within the human resources function and most recently held the position of Human Resources Director at Citigroup, Inc. within the Global Consumer Finance division and formerly The Associates Corporation. In addition to experience managing an HR department, Tay has expertise in various disciplines including: employee relations, performance management, employee development, compensation, recruiting, organizational design and restructuring, project management as well as participating in several merger/acquisition teams.

Tay has a BA degree from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology. Tay also holds a PHR (Professional Human Resources) certification.
